All items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery unless otherwise specified on the product information page.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
All our items are sent by City Link couriers and can be tracked to the point of delivery. We offer three delivery options:
1. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Before 5.30pm Free Next Working Day Courier Delivery on all orders over £50 placed before 12.30pm. Free 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery on all other orders.
For all Courier deliveries please ensure that there is someone present at the delivery address and if the location is hard to find, detailed delivery instructions are added.
2. Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Before 12 Midday
All orders received before 12 midday each Friday will be available for Saturday Delivery. The cost of Saturday delivery is £15.50.
3. Guaranteed Week Day Delivery Before 9am
All orders received before 12.30 midday will be available for next week day delivery before 9am. The cost of this delivery is £32.50.
Orders are collected and delivered by City Link on week days. A signature is required on delivery, should no one be able to take delivery of the items a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery to the same or a different address or collect from your local branch. If you would like the delivery driver to leave the items when no one is in please leave a signed note on the door asking them to do so.
Outside UK
If you select a country other than the UK in the checkout process and no shipping options are given please email us for a price for shipping outside the UK as we can arrange for goods to be sent worldwide.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer services on 0845 838 5921. If the order has already been despatched please see our returns policy
Returns
30 and 70 days after purchase customers may exchange a product if the product being returned is in its original condition, free delivery is not available on exchanges and the customer must pay for the delivery costs of returning the original item. For 0 to 30 days, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 30 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. We will credit the card you used to pay for the item(s) with the cost of the product returned, less post and packing costs, on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
