Under the Distance Selling Legislation you may notify us of a wish to return a product to us with in 7 days of the delivery. Then as long as the product is returned in its original condition we will refund the value of the product to method used for the original payment. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 30 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. We will credit the card you used to pay for the item with the cost of the product returned, less our original postage and packing costs, on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error). Please include a note explaining why a product has been returned and also please add your invoice or order number.
