Delivery Information

All items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery unless otherwise specified on the product information page.

Delivery within the United Kingdom

Free Next Working Day Courier Delivery (using Interlink Express) on all orders over £50 placed before 11.30am. Orders received after 11:30 am may required an extra day. Highlands and Islands also require an extra day.

Free 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery on all other orders.

For all Courier deliveries please ensure that there is someone present at the delivery address and if the location is hard to find, detailed delivery instructions are added.

Outside UK

If you select a country other than the UK in the checkout process and the shipping options for your country will be displayed.

If no shipping options are given please email us for a price for shipping.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer services on 0800 970 2731. If the order has already been despatched please see our returns policy

Returns

Under the Distance Selling Legislation you may notify us of a wish to return a product to us with in 7 days of the delivery. Then as long as the product is returned in its original condition we will refund the value of the product to method used for the original payment. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 30 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. We will credit the card you used to pay for the item with the cost of the product returned, less our original postage and packing costs, on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
