Delivery Information
|
All items are in stock and ready for quick delivery unless otherwise specified on the product information page.
Delivery with the United Kingdom
All our items are sent by City Link couriers and can be tracked to the point of delivery. We offer two delivery options:
Standard delivery - Purchases will usually arrive in 3-5 working days. The cost of standard delivery depends on your order value:
Up to £50 = £4.95
Over £50 - FREE
Express delivery - We aim to dispatch orders received before 12noon the same day for next day delivery, after 12noon orders will be dispatched the following day for the delivery the day after. The cost of Express delivery is £6.95(£5.79 on orders over £75).
Orders are collected and delivered by City Link on week days. A signature is required on delivery, should noone be able to take delivery of the items a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery to the same or a different address or collect from your local branch. If you would like the delivery driver to leave the items when noone is in please leave a signed note on the door asking them to do so.
Outside UK
If you select a country other than the UK in the checkout process and no shipping options are given please email us for a price for shipping outside the UK as we can arrange for goods to be sent worldwide. |

Returns
|
| Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 30 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. We will credit the card you used to pay for the item(s) with the cost of the product returned, less post and packing costs, on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error). |
